Homework Help: Socials

Climate refers to "the conditions of temperature and preciptation" over a _________ period of time. Weather refers to the same conditions, but over a _________ period of time.

The only two words I have left to put in the blanks are shorter and longer. I'm not sure which word goes in which blank.

Weather is what you're experiencing right now. Climate tells what the weather is like over a long period of time.
