**Priscilla**, Sunday, December 27, 2009 at 8:26pmok you could change the equation so it equals to y

- 3x = - 4 - 4y

- 4y = - 3x + 4

Divide by - 4.

y = - 3/4 + 1

- math -
**Priscilla**, Sunday, December 27, 2009 at 8:26pmslope = -3/4

y-intercept = 1

**drwls**, Sunday, December 27, 2009 at 10:58pmPriscilla left out an x

y = (-3/4)x + 1

Slope and y-intercept are correct

**Bun**, Sunday, December 27, 2009 at 11:38pm-4y = -3x +4

divide by -4

-4y/-4 = (-3/-4)x + 4/-4

y = (3/4)x -1

the slope is 3/4 and the y intercept is -1

**drwls**, Monday, December 28, 2009 at 1:51amI was wrong. Thanks Bun
