7 y = 3x-6
y = (3/7)x - 6/7
slope m = 3/7 and that is the slope of any parallel line
so form is
y = (3/7) x + b and we need b
-2 = (3/7)(7) + b
b = -2 -3 = -5
so
y = (3/7)x -5
or
7y = 3x - 35
