Victoria is a city. Vancouver is the island it's on.
Be sure to look at a good map, and look both on the east and west coasts of Canada for "southern" islands.
(It is southern islands you're asking about, right?)
No i'm asking about northern islands of canada. Wikipedia doesn't help me and the maps I look at don't either. i tried to look for them.
