What is the percentage increase in size when ordering a 14 inch rather than a 12 inch pizza?

(14^2-12^2)/12^2 = 52/144 = 13/36, converted to percent.

I squared the diameters because it is the area, not the diamter, that determimes the "size" (amount of food).
