jack has a cable that is 22.4 ft. long. He wants to cut it into pieces that are 38.4 inches long? how many 38.4 inch pieces will he get from the cable?
is it 16 pieces?

22.4 * 12 = 268.8 inches
16 * 38.4 = 614.4 inches
