Homework Help: Math;Pre-Algebra

My cousin Robert was pushed into a pool. The pool was 6 feet Wide and 10 feet deep. The pool had soft walls. How did my Cousin Robert Emerge from the pool?

Hint-
We do not know if it's filled with water or not. It is a round pool. It is a ground pool.It has no lenght. Probably it is filled with water.
I was thinking if he could swim to the edge and swim out. Or swim to the radius and go to tht edge of the pool and crawl out.
