When selecting a medium for a report
A) you should choose the ones that are most convenient.
B) you should choose the ones that are most economical.
C) your decisions should reflect your audience and your purpose.
D) you should always present your report in writing.

Can someone help me other than bobpursley because i tried asking nicely but he was being a smart aleck...anyways i think it's choice c but it may be d, any help woud be appreciated thank you
