Since the data are in inches, I assume the answer would be in Americal gallons that is equivalent to about 3.8 litres.(as opposed to the Imperial gallon, about 4.54 litres).

Vomume = πd²h/4

=π(66)²*24/4

=26136π in³

Since 1000 cubic inches equal 4.329 US gal(liq.),

the box will hold

26136π/1000*4.329 gal

approx. 355 gal.
