2. I went to a hospital and took care of patients there by taking them outside in wheelchairs and carrying meals for them. good
3. I spent time with children at the Chicago Orphanage. I played with them, told them stories, and helped them take a bath. <~~Note the corrections I made in this last sentence.
4. I went to a library where I cleaned the floor and arranged books. I helped the librarian do paper work as well. good
5. I went to a city hall and did errands for them. I also cleaned the city hall.
6. I went to Mt. Seorak and cleaned it by picking up garbage such as plastic bags, plastic bottle, cans, old tires, paper cups and paper. good
7. I went to the Nakdong River and picked up garbage from the river and the riverbank.
8. I went to a nursing home, read books to elderly people, and sang songs for them. <~~Note the corrections I made.
9. I went to a senior center with my close friends and distributed food which we had prepared for them. We sang songs for them. We also massaged elderly people there.
I would change #6 to read -
I went to Mt. Seorak to pick up garbage such as plastic bags, plastic bottle, cans, old tires, paper cups and paper.
Or, you can put a colon after "garbage" and leave out "such as".
