I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your PSP 2000. Let's try to diagnose the problem and find a possible solution.

1. Check the battery: Make sure the battery is correctly inserted into the PSP. Ensure it is fully charged or try using a different battery if available to see if the issue is with the battery itself.

2. Power button: Inspect the power button to see if it's damaged or stuck. Gently press it a few times to make sure it is not stuck in the "off" position.

3. Reset the PSP: Look for a small hole or button on the back or bottom of the PSP. This is usually the reset button. Use a pin or a paperclip to press and hold the reset button for a few seconds. Release the button and try turning on the PSP again.

4. Connect to a power source: Connect your PSP to a power outlet using the charger. Sometimes a drained battery can prevent the PSP from turning on, but connecting it to power may resolve the issue.

5. Try a different charger: If you have access to another charger, try using it to charge your PSP. The issue might be with the charger rather than the PSP itself.

6. Test without the battery: Remove the battery from your PSP and connect the charger directly to the device. If the PSP turns on without the battery, it may be a sign that the battery needs to be replaced.

7. Seek professional help: If none of the above steps work, it's possible that the impact from the throw caused internal damage to the PSP. In this case, you may need to take it to a professional repair service or contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Remember, these are general troubleshooting steps and may not necessarily fix your specific issue. If the problem persists, it's recommended to seek professional help or contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
