Which is a better test score: 121/150 or 28/35 How do I figure?

  didvide 125 by 150 which gives u .80 which means 80% and divide 28 by 35 qhihc gives u 80% again which means they're both good

  I see two ways to do this. Pick whichever you prefer. One simple way is to divide the fractions, bottom into top, to get a decimal. A slightly cleverer way, in this case, is to look at the second and reduce it to its lowest terms - divide top and bottom by 7 to get a vary familiar fraction: 4/5. Now look at the other fraction. What would 4/5 of 150 be? When you see that, you'll know immediately which is slightly bigger than the other.
