how do i solve 5(3-2n)=65

  We've shown you how to do several problems. If you still don't understand how to do them, go back to your book and read the explanations your book gives. If you're still having trouble, make an appointment with your teacher and ask him/her to show you again.   It's not 7z. You need to subtract 2z from both sides of the equation. 5z-43=2z+80 5z - 2z = 43 + 80 3z = 123 z = ?
