I have helped you on # 1 and 3, now I think you can manage doing 2 and 4.
for # 3, you can use the distributive property.
2y+3=3(y+7)
2y+3 = 3y+21
subtract 2y from both sides of the equation
3 = y+21
now subtract 21 from both sides
-18 =y
4. 15x -10 =-9x+2
15x +9x = 2+10
24x = 12
x = 1/2
