Where can I find information on how to mitigate a plan for ethanol effect on Atmospheric issues? Just tell me how to do it not do it for me Thank you

  Go to www.google.com and type in phrases until you hit some that provides the information you want. You might try "mitigation ethanol atmosphere" "atmospheric ethanol mitigation" etc.
