What is the relationship between the measure of a central angle of a polygon and the measures of an interior and an exterior angle of the polygon?

  Are you talking about regular polygons? For a regular polygon with N sides, each exterior angle is 360/N degrees and the interior angles are 180 - (360/N). The central angle (subtended by each side from the center) is 360/N.
