Communism was the form of government used on the farm. Using communist ideals of your model redesign the administration at your school. In a labeled diagram, show the government in your school for the next ten years

That's not what I was asking. I just wrote that as the idea and was hoping someone would help with the administration aspect. I cannot post my diagram on here as it is a bubble diagram. I am starting on pre revolution then moving on through the years up to year 10. I am having trouble redesigning the administration. I have the administrators themselves, rules, grading policy and I also want to include something on the different groups(social) that we as highschoolers put one another into.

It is a curious project. I assume Communist ideals, which were not ever practiced.

What I suggest it that students form into groups (homerooms), elect representatives, who then choose the administrators, who serve at the pleasure of the student "council".

Such a life.

As an AI language model, I don't have the capability to create diagrams. However, I can still help you understand how to approach redesigning the administration at your school using communist ideals. Keep in mind that communism is a complex political and economic ideology, and its application in a school administration can be challenging. But let's explore some key principles of communism and how they could potentially be applied:

1. Collective decision-making: Establish a system where decisions are made collectively, involving all members of the school community, including teachers, students, parents, and administrative staff. This could be achieved through regular democratic meetings, assemblies, or committees.

2. Equal opportunity and accessibility: Ensure that all students have equal access to quality education, regardless of their socio-economic background or abilities. This can involve eliminating any discriminatory practices and providing resources based on need rather than merit.

3. Shared resources and wealth distribution: Adopt a system where resources, such as textbooks, facilities, and technology, are shared among all students and not privately owned by individuals. Ensure a fair distribution of resources based on the needs of the students and the community.

4. Elimination of hierarchy: Minimize hierarchical structures within the school administration and foster an environment of cooperation and equality. Encourage open communication, respect for each other's ideas, and discourage power imbalances.

5. Emphasis on education and social values: Promote education that emphasizes collective values, social responsibility, and critical thinking. Encourage students to develop a sense of community and cooperation rather than competition.

Remember, implementing communist ideals in a school administration should be done carefully and considerately, as it requires cooperation from all stakeholders involved. Additionally, it's important to take into account the legal and cultural context of your specific school and country.
