Can someone please help with this question? It has three parts to the question. 1.Is it easy or difficult to pass a bill? 2. What are some advantages of passing legislation quickly? 3. What are some disadvantages of passing legilation quickly? I have an answer for the first question. Here is my answer: Depends on the bill. But most of the time, it does take a while for the bill to be passed. Some can go through faster than others. Thanks for the help.
