Writing:Write a letter to Mme Guen't,the medical advice columnist for a Fr. newspaper. Tell her about an ailment you have, explaining each symptom. Tell her what you're doing to get better. Ask her if you must call a doctor. Ask Mme Guerit what you have to do to get better.
I did what I could, can you please fix the rest.

If you meant to say "complexion", then you could have said:
"j'ai une mauvaise teint".
