I still don't understand your intent about individuals standing out. "It is important for us individuals to stand out because we make a community." Please explain.

No, the government never has the right to sacrifice individual liberties in the name of freedom because those rights make us individuals stand out. It is important for us individuals to stand out because then others would begin to recognize us and see our points of views. Then people would begin to respect our styles, compassions, drives, and our morals. Some rights that we humans have are political and civil rights, rights to life and liberty, freedom of expression and equality before the law. Also we have the social, economic, and cultural rights. We humans are entitled to these rights.
Is this better? If I am still unable to explain that question then I really need your help.
