how do I do a cover page for my book report

I'll assume you're doing this on computer with a program such as Word.
Make your top margin 3.5 inches. The bottom and side margins can remain as they are.
Center everything.
First three lines:
** title of your book report (NOT the title of the book! The book's author already has a copyright on that!!)
** the word by
**your name
Then go down (press the Enter key)15 or more spaces.
Next three lines:
** the name of your class
** the teacher's name
** the date the book report is due
Be sure to preview what you've done before printing. Then you can change the spacing if you need to and preview again. Don't print until it previews perfectly!!
