You certainly don't need "female girl" in one sentence; it's redundant.
the second one seems good to me, definetely not the last one
Sorry, the 1st one IS better
I would go with the first sentence. The word "female" isn't used that much in informal language and since the word "girl" already implies that the person is of the female sex, sentence nr. 3 has a word too many.
