a+7<_ -17 i think its suppose to say greater than or equal to

i say 24 with a closed circle.

and is the cirlce closed or open when u graph it?

when graphing x=4 is the ordered pair (4,0) or (0,4)

subtract seven from each side

a<=-24

So it is all points to the LEFT of -24 (less than or equal to) or -24. It is an open circle at -24, opening to the left.
