A card is drawn at random from an ordinary deck of playing cards. Find the odds in favor of drawing a 5, 6, or 7.

There are 12 cards of interest.
So the prob of getting a 5, 6, or 7 is 12/52 = 3/13
so it prob of it not being a 5, 6, or 7 is10/13
so the odds in favour of your numbers are 3 : 10
