Homework Help Forum: 2nd grade

Teacher wants below words sorted by Pattern. What does that mean? here are the words: did, fin, pick, nine, pipe, rip, mix, five, side, hike, cape, made, because, off, picture, deaf, language, signing, cultures, relatives, celebrate. We dont know where to begin.

  This means that you look at the words, see which one of the few are of the same "type". FOr instance, you see that "five" and "nine" are numbers. "fin, pipe, cape, picture" etc are nouns. There are verbs inside as well. Try to sort it out that way. :)
