Homework Help: math

I am supposed to use patterns or linear equation to fill in the graph but I just cant figure this one out.. can someone give me a hint or help me out on this on.

How can I use a linear equation or patterns when each there is not an equal amount of change? PLEASE HELP SOOO CONFUSED!
