Homework Help: math

PLEASE HELP Could someone check my answer? I need to figure out the equation of the circle given the center of (-9,0) and radius of 7.
(x-(-9))^2 + (y-0)^2 = 7^2
answer(x+9)^2 + y^2 = 49
is this correct?
