ok so my computer (windows) is acting weird, i used a software on it that i've never use before and now when i turn it on says "sorry for the inconvienence due to software or hard drive change your computer had done something to protect your files and folders" then it says pick one of the options like start windows normally safe mode and other options and i've tried every single option and nothings worked, someone suggested rewriting my hard drive but i have a ton of pictures on there that i have nowhere else so i really dont want to do that. So if you have any idea what i can do thanks that would help me a ton!

The only thing I can suggest to you is to find a computer expert who knows how to retrieve data off of hard drives, save it all to an external hard drive (sometimes referred to as a back-up drive, like what Seagate makes), and then use the recovery disk on the hard drive. Yes, it will wipe everything off and start over, so make sure you list the programs you have on their and locate their installation disks, if needed for reinstallation. Then you can put back any data you wish. I'd keep the photos on the back-up drive, though, and not clog up the computer's hard drive with all those memory-hogging files!
Good luck.
