Find an expression for the function whose graph is the bottom half of the parabola x + (y - 9)2 = 0.
y=?
some help would be appreciated!

y=9-(1/2)x

x+(y-9)² = 0
y=√x +9

For the bottom half, y<9
therefore
y=9-√x
