Seriously, we live and work with people with various cultural differences. In order to cooperate as a society (even a global society) and in a business setting, we need to understand and accept each other.

You can build an essay on what I said, by giving examples.
You might also include the fact that many people will travel to other countries both for pleasure and business. We all want them to be ambassadors of the U.S. and not offend people in the host countries.
