The poerson being interviewed has to do more than agree or disagree with a statement or answer "yes" or "no." You get more of their opinions aand views.
As with above, you would not have to do much searching if you were asked, "Do you think interviewers should use open-ended questions most of the time?" However, the above question requires more thinking.
