Here's the homework assignment, which I don't understand how I'm suppose to do this. Check out the current National Health bill online and compose an outline. I can only find a republic of south Africa health hill and that one is 50 pages long.

  When it comes to the current Health Bill under consideration, it is very lengthy but I have 1) the proposed Health Bill 2) the counterproposal and 3) a summary. You would be wiser to pick what you have found because it fulfills the "letter of the law" (what your teacher asked for) and will take far less time than an in-depth study of what I've already spent 3 days on!
