Here is a novel idea: Do the tests yourself without cheating. Do you want your IP address reported to Penn Foster?

Notice how the two Penn Foster students justify their answers: "Everybody" else does it (Wrong); I don't really cheat, I just compare answers to mine. (Duh).
The great majority of criminals in prision have similar excuses for their actions.
The real issue is that the Schools involved dont care, if they did, they would change tests often. What they want is to continue to get the students money.
