Which of the following sets are equal?

A = {n € Z : |n| < 2}

B = {n € Z : n^3 = n}

C = {n € Z : n^2 ≤ n}

D = {n € Z : n^2 ≤ 1}

E = {-1, 0, 1}

I think that A = E, B = E, and D = E, but I am not sure.
