Homework Help: U.S. History

For an assignment in my class, we must chose from the three regions of colonies and write a "colonial stock pamphlet" about our chosen region.

I have picked the New England Colonies and am unsure of what my three major arguments that would draw potential buyers in should be. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

My options are:
Founding, founders, and purposes for settlement
Geography
Government
Economics
Ethnic, relgious, and education
Family, leisure and food
Events and people
Cultural arts

Certainly the Puritan religion would be one argument you could feature. That could cover two of your points.
