i need help with putting this scenario in an buiness email.
Scenario: Your boss has asked you to set up a meeting with a client, Joceyln Talbot, for next Wednesday at 2:00 pm. He wants to meet at the King Charles Hotel an River Street and have a lunch meeting. He'll be taking along an assistant manager , Rory Wedster, to share his ideas for the new project they're planning.
Write a message to Joceyln Talbot. Make up additional details as needed, but keep the message brief and to the point.
