a) 4x+2y=7, x-y=-5

b) 3x=2y, x+y=5

c) x-y=1, 3x-2y=0

d) x-1=2y, 2x-y=-7

c) x-y=1, 3x-2y=0

x-y = -2-(-3) = -2 +3 =1

3x-2y = 3(-2) - 2(-3) = -6 - (-6) = 0
