I need help on answering these questions.. But I am not sure how I will answer these questions... Develop a strategy for effective communication and collaboration among selected types (organizer,giver, and thinker )<<< my answers but need help with this ?   Since I am primarily an organizer, what is the best way for me to communicate with the other personality types please suggest what you think I am lost on the other question for sure too

  I don't know what you've learned from your readings, but the most important thing that anyone can do is to listen to the others. The organizer would then incorporate some of the ideas of the thinker and the giver into a plan of action.

  What about this: Since I am primarily an organizer, I say that communicating with the other personality types by telephone or through forums. I might have to tend to be direct and to the point so this means no beating around the point, In communicate with a giver this may or may not be the best way to go about things ask how others are doing, how was their day, and tell people that you hope tomorrow is better. I developed for effective collaboration among selected types is listening to others.

  Don't forget that in person communications are generally the most effective. A good organizer listens to the suggestions of others -- and if a consensus doesn't seem to be forthcoming, then (and only then) incorporates the suggestions and poses a definite plan for accomplishing the goals.
