Homework Help: Environmental Science

Hi. I'm one of the FFA officers at my school and we're working on an educational display for a competition at our state fair coming up. We're doing our display on aromatherapy. Part of our display is going to include statistics on how aromatherapy benefits the environment. We want to include information such as how much plastic is used per year on medicine bottles and how aromatherapy could reduce this amount of plastic and other facts of the sort, but we're having trouble finding information like this. Any help or suggestions? Thanks!
