Try to think of situations when your physical abilities (or lack of them) influenced what you did. Did they influence you to take risks? Did they keep you from doing something that might endanger you? How did you feel about the outcome?
I can remember when I was young and had hay fever. I still decided to play football outside in the grass. Hours later, when the pollens took effect, I was miserable with my sneezing and runny nose.
