I cannot for the life of me think of any "requirements" to write about in regards to customer service. The full question is....what are the minimum qualifications for a job analysis. I've already got an entire paper devoted to being a job analysis. However, I am stuck on this final question. I am not looking for a hand out, just for ideas. Thank you ;)

The most important "requirement" is courtesy followed by honesty. The knowledge of the store facitility, creativity in filling the customers needs are also important.
