Homework Help: 12th english

Hey guys,

Uhm I need to analyse presidental speeches(two alltogether) in english. Which basically means I need to analyse two similar speeches and see how the presidents attempt to convince the audience(I think that covers my assignment basically^^)
So like....
oWhy does he use 'we' and stuff.

Now I am originally from denmark so I really have my problems with deep english language. And when it comes to presidental speeches...meh seriously.

Anyway I tried to google it but only found analysis of what he says not what kind of language was used.

But I need an in depth analysis of the english language techniques.
Please I'm kind of desperatehere.
Any help? Or ideas? Please?

Why would he use "we?" Because that would include himself along with all Americans.

No sadly not. I've googled every possible thing.

And to the 'we' part...I do understand why he does it but putting it into the right words is a bit hard.
Because in my year a normal english translation isn't enough. I have to throw in formal words and phrases.

All I am looking for is an example of how I could do it. An idea where I could lean on.
