Are you studying complex formation? Co is known with both 6 and 4 NH3 complexed. Ni is the same. Cu is square planar (with NH3) and coordination number of 4.
1. Co(NH3)6+2 + NO3^-
2. Cu(NH3)4^+2 + NO3^-
3. Ni(NH3)6^+2 + NO3^-
