for my research paper on Diet and Diabetes, i need to write a thesis statement. "Your thesis statement should include a strong argument that can be proven"

i picked my topic, but i'm not sure what 'strong argument' i'm going to try to prove.
can i please get some ideas of what my thesis could be, or what i should talk about in my research paper

this is supposed to be done before you start anything. decide what you will write about ...and i'm not sure

You need to do the research first. You must know something about the subject before you write a thesis statement.
