Give an example of a conversation between the person answering the phone at a dr's office and the patient who called could create a contract, (demonstrating the knowledge of contract law and agency law).. thanks for any help with this question

Mrs. Smith: Hello, may I speak to Dr. Jones's assistant, please?

Receptionist: May I ask for what purpose?

etc.
