Homework Help: U.S. History 1865

Can someone please help me with this question? I have researched this question and keep coming up with nothing. Why did the Bank War reinforce and justify the two-party system? Reinforce means to strengthen. Justify means to prove or show to be just, right or reasonable. Thanks.
