**DrBob222**, Monday, June 29, 2009 at 4:46pmDid you change 12 minutes to hours? probably not.

distance = rate x time

rate = 35 km/hr

time = 12 minutes = 12 x (1 hr/60 minutes) = 0.2 hr.

distance = 35 x 0.2 = ?? km
