Find each sum.

E (n+1)/(n+2)

n=1

Is this a geometric or arithmetic series? That is pretty much all I really need to know.

I appreciate all the help you guys give.

**drwls**, Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at 12:30amThe sum would be 2/3 + 3/4 + 4/5 + 5/6 + 6/7 + 7/8, whatever that is. I don't believe it is either arithmetic (constant difference) or geometric (constant ratio).
