Homework Help: Help!!

For an biology assignment I need to make a short info book about sexual reproduction for 9/10 year olds.

It tells me to define sexual reproduction, heres what I got:

Sexual reproduction - reproduction that requires two parents and produces offspring that are genetically different from each other, from either parent, and from any other members of their species.

How could I change this so that 9/10 year olds can understand?

You could replace offspring with children.

You could also omit genetically.

Are you just referring to mammals again? If so, do you want to indicate that a sperm from the male fertilizes the egg from the female?
