The meter readings are similar to the clock, except that it has multiple dials each with only one hand. The direction of adjacent dials also are reversed in direction, so you would have to be careful in making the reading.
For example, 9742 will show the first dial almost on the number 0, the next dial shows the hand between 7 and 8, the next just past 4 towards 5, and the last one on 2.
